Privacy Policy
What this site collects (very little), what the studio’s products do with your data, and how to ask about any of it.
Who this covers
This policy covers g-studio.dev and whatever you send the studio through it. G-Studio is the trading name of G Software Studio (registration no. 202603264093), an independent software studio based in Malaysia. Where a product carries its own privacy notice, or where you run it yourself, that notice — or your own control of the system — applies instead of this page.
What is collected
The site has no accounts, no forms and no sign-up. The only personal data the studio receives is what you choose to send.
- Your email address and the message you write, when you contact the studio inbox.
- Standard server logs — IP address, browser user agent, requested URL — recorded by the hosting provider when a page is fetched.
- One browser storage entry that remembers whether you chose the light or the dark theme.
What is not done
There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker on this site, and no cookie is set. Nothing here is profiled, and personal data is never sold, rented or traded.
Where the data lives
The site is served as static files by Cloudflare Pages, so delivery logs sit with Cloudflare, Inc. acting for the studio. The studio inbox runs on a mail provider, and the source code lives on GitHub; each provider handles data under its own terms, and may store it outside Malaysia under the safeguards those terms describe. Enquiry emails are kept while the conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, so a later question about the same project can still be answered — ask, and they are deleted sooner.
Products you run yourself
OmniChat and WireGuard Console are self-hosted: they run on infrastructure you control, and the conversations, peers and reports they hold never reach the studio. In that arrangement the data is yours to look after.
Products that run in your browser
SoloPass derives your key on your own device and keeps no server-side copy of the vault. DocFormatHub converts documents inside the tab, so the file is never uploaded. Neither product sends the studio the content you work with.
Your rights
You can ask what personal data the studio holds about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask for it to be deleted — write to [email protected] and expect an answer within 30 days. In Malaysia those requests sit under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010; in the EU or the UK the same address handles your rights under the GDPR, including objection and portability.
Children
The site is not directed at children, and the studio does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the current version is always this page.
