Terms of Service

Last updated · 6 October 2026

The ground rules for using this site and the studio’s products, and what governs a project once one is agreed.

These terms

By using g-studio.dev you accept these terms. They cover the site itself. A product or a project may come with its own terms, and where those differ from this page, the product’s licence or the agreed proposal is the one that applies.

The site

The site is published for information, and the studio may change, move or withdraw any part of it at any time. Nothing on it is a quote, a commitment or an offer of work until a project is agreed in writing.

Products and licences

OmniChat (AGPL-3.0), WireGuard Console (Apache-2.0) and AutoFansMac (MIT) are open source: the licence in each repository governs your use of that code, including its warranty and liability terms. SoloPass and DocFormatHub are closed source and are provided as they are.

Client work

Project work is governed by the proposal or contract agreed for it — scope, milestones, fees and ownership. Nothing on this page replaces that document, and where the two disagree about a project, the document wins.

Who you are dealing with

G-Studio is the trading name of G Software Studio (registration no. 202603264093), an independent software studio in Malaysia. Project work is quoted and invoiced by that entity, and the fee for it is the fee written into the agreed quote.

How work is ordered and paid

There is no online checkout on this site. Work starts as an email to the studio inbox and is confirmed by a written quote, which states the scope, the fee, the milestones it is paid against and the delivery date. Invoices are payable by the method they state, against those milestones, and nothing is charged before a quote is accepted. The refund policy published on this site covers deposits and fees.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to attack or overload the studio’s systems or anyone else’s, to misrepresent the studio or its products, or to scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people.

Intellectual property

The design, copy, logo and name of G-Studio belong to the studio. The source code of the open-source products is licensed to you under the licence in its repository. Whatever you send the studio stays yours, and is used only to do the work you asked for.

Third-party links

The site links to GitHub, to product sites and to other services. Those are other people’s systems, under their own terms, and the studio is not responsible for them.

No warranty

The site and the free products are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent the law allows. Paid work carries the warranty written into its own contract.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the site or a free product. Where you have paid the studio, its total liability connected with that engagement is limited to the fees paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here removes a right you have under Malaysian consumer law, or under any other law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Malaysia.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated, and the date at the top changes when they are; continuing to use the site means you accept the current version. Anything unclear: [email protected].
